Terms of Service

ROMALY is an online seller of prepaid travel eSIM data plans, operated from Canada. Network service is provided by our partner mobile carriers in each destination.

You must be at least 18 or have a guardian's permission. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked and support eSIM. Checking compatibility before purchase is your responsibility.

All plans are one-time prepaid purchases — there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes calculated at checkout.

Plans are data-only unless stated otherwise and do not include a phone number, calls or SMS.

Your eSIM QR code is delivered by email and in your account after payment. The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination, not at purchase.

Plans are for personal use. Reselling, use in IoT devices, SIM boxes or illegal activity is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund. See our Fair Use Policy.

Speeds and coverage depend on local carriers and conditions. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and ROMALY is not liable for outages caused by partner networks.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, ROMALY's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed bookings or business losses.

We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
