Last updated: October 3, 2026

Our networks are shared by travelers worldwide. This policy keeps them fast for everyone.

1.Personal use only

Plans are for one traveler's phone, tablet or laptop hotspot during travel.

2.Prohibited

Reselling or sharing eSIM profiles
SIM boxes, routers running 24/7, or IoT devices
Spam, fraud, or illegal content
Permanent use in a single country as a home connection

3.Speed management

Partner carriers may manage speeds during congestion or after heavy use on unlimited-style plans.

4.Enforcement

We may suspend eSIMs that breach this policy. Suspended plans are not refunded.
