Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with Canada's PIPEDA and the GDPR.

1.What we collect

Account details: name and email
Order details: plan, destination, amount
Technical data: device eSIM identifiers (ICCID) and data usage needed to deliver service

2.Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3.How we use it

To deliver your eSIM, send order and usage emails, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data.

4.Sharing

Only with service providers needed to run ROMALY — payment processing, email delivery, hosting and partner carriers — under confidentiality obligations.

5.Retention

We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting law, and delete account data on request otherwise.

6.Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@romalyesim.com.

7.Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and process checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
